WAF packages are based on the number of Web applications protected with sProxy or rWeb :

NB: sProxy software license should be installed on a LINUX - RED HAT ENTERPRISE server (version 4 or 5).

Annual Maintenance & Support Fees (renewed year to year) This includes:
software fixes and upgrades (1 major release delivered each year)
Customer support via email (support@denyall.com) or telephone (+33 1 40 07 47 23 in French or English language, 5/7 days – 9AM-6PM)
Security updates for black list and grey list [payment is due for the first year on the license delivery].
NB : for Appliances delivery the shipping fees are billed.
